B’ CORE

This core conditioning class is unique and challenging. B’ Core takes your body through a series of controlled exercises designed to strengthen and tone the core muscles. Whether it’s core strength, you’re new to exercise or post-natal, this workout is for you. LOW TO MEDIUM LEVEL

B’ HARDCORE

A step up from B’ Core, B’ Hardcore gets right “to the core.” It works stabilising muscles, deep core tissue, with no impact. Having a functional, strong core is the foundation of exercise and is necessary for good posture and movement efficiency. It’s not what you think – no countless crunches and bicycles, but dynamic, high energy moves. MEDIUM TO HIGH LEVEL

B’ BODYW8 CARDIO

Sometimes the most effective workouts can be done with, you guessed it, just our bodyweight. This class is our toughest 30 minute workout. With no breaks, plenty of jumping, squatting and lunging, we will encourage you to work hard. 35 on, 10 off, with targets to hit at each exercise. HIGH LEVEL ONLY

B’ HIIT

Our B’ HIIT workout incorporates a mixture of resistance and body weight training to more effectively hit your goals. Classic Tabata style training; 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds rest for 30 minutes, there’s no time for thinking, only moving! LOW TO HIGH OPTIONS
BCore

B’ BODYWEIGHT FLOW

With a mix of functional primal patterns, this class challenges the core as well as overall body strength. Cleverly integrating a fun and effective program that improves strength, flexibility and core control. You will sweat and you will work. LOW TO HIGH OPTIONS GIVEN IN THE WORKOUT
