Thick Berry Smoothie Bowl

Try this delicious and nutritious smoothie bowl which is also incredibly refreshing!

Smoothies are the super tasty alternative to juices. They’re creamy, full of quick-release nutrition and they are so easy to have on the go.


  • 1 frozen banana (key to thickness)
  • Handful of blueberries and strawberries
  • 20g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 pitted date
  • Handful of ice
  • 3 tbsp yoghurt
  • 150ml almond or coconut milk



  1. Blend all of the ingredients together for around a minute and pour into a large bowl.
  2. Top with granola and enjoy!
