Try this delicious and nutritious smoothie bowl which is also incredibly refreshing!
Smoothies are the super tasty alternative to juices. They’re creamy, full of quick-release nutrition and they are so easy to have on the go.
- 1 frozen banana (key to thickness)
- Handful of blueberries and strawberries
- 20g vanilla protein powder
- 1 pitted date
- Handful of ice
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- 150ml almond or coconut milk
- Blend all of the ingredients together for around a minute and pour into a large bowl.
- Top with granola and enjoy!
